The form below should be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date of departure. A student is annually given eight (8) days of excused absences. Additional days are unexcused absences. Students are expected to make up all class work missed during the absence.

The form below must be submitted at least two (2) school days before an absence related to college and military visitations as well as career related shadowing experiences that are approved by the student’s school counselor.

You can apply online (www.compass.state.pa.us) to receive free or reduced priced breakfasts and lunches for your child or print and complete the application below and return it to your child's school or the District Office. Only one application needs to be completed for all children in your household. The only exception: foster children need their own application. If your circumstances change throughout the school year or you were denied, you may apply or reapply at any time and as many times as you choose.
