The Ephrata Area School District promotes student engagement by creating the conditions that foster total participation. Engagement not only actively involves students; it holds them accountable for their learning as well. Our K-12 initiative will ensure that all students are motivated and encouraged to apply and demonstrate a deeper understanding of their learning. Through the use of Webb’s Depth of Knowledge and engagement strategies, students will be exposed to varying levels of activities as teachers utilize higher level questioning methods.
