Safe Schools

The Ephrata Area School District administration and faculty are dedicated to providing students and staff with a safe and secure learning environment. To enhance security, the District will provide an anonymous reporting system on the District website to provide a secure way for incidents of bullying, cyberbullying, harassment, and other school safety concerns to be reported. Incidents can be reported by completing an anonymous form on the District website. The information will be sent to an anonymous investigator.

The tip line will help enhance District Board Policy 249, which states, “The Board recognizes that bullying (and cyberbullying) create an atmosphere of fear and intimidation, detract from the safe environment necessary for student learning, and may lead to more serious violence. Therefore, the Board prohibits bullying (and cyberbullying) by District students.”

Thank you for your support in helping to create a safe and secure learning environment for students.
