Graduation Project Proposal form (Word document)  (PDF File) - Download and edit document

To download the form, right click on the above link and select 'Save Target As' (in Internet Explorer) or 'Save Link As' (in Netscape) from the menu that will come up. From there, choose a location and file name to save the file under and click 'Save'. The downloading process should begin from there.   The file should open in Word from the chosen location in which it was saved.
