On Wednesday, March 2nd, 227 students and 9 chaperones attended the Ephrata Playhouse’s production of Of Mice and Men.  Since students read the novel as part of the 10th grade curriculum, it was a  wonderful opportunity to see the literature they read brought to the stage.  The production was powerfully moving, expertly dramatizing Steinbeck’s story of George and Lennie, two farmhands who dream of one day owning land of their own, but unfortunately never achieve their dream.
